About

 

My name is Michael Christopher Malbrough. I spent my formative years in Maryland building puppets, publishing comic books, teaching art and playing in a band. I moved to New Jersey in 2002 for a position as the lead illustrator and graphic designer for an urban apparel company. I’m happy to say that today I run my own illustration and design firm out of studios in West Orange, New Jersey, and Owings Mills, Maryland.

 

 

I draw, design, conceptualize, collaborate, make pretty things, solve problems and make people look. I inform, teach, direct and manage. I entertain. I make complex things simple. I make simple things look complex. I croon, play the lapslide guitar and then do the robot.
